TERMS OF SERVICE

BA Elektronik Mağazacılık ve Ticaret

• Agreement to Terms: By accessing this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of BA Elektronik Mağazacılık ve Ticaret.

• Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Production: All garments are crafted exclusively based on the specific measurements provided by the client. The accuracy of these measurements is the sole responsibility of the customer. Burcu Aslan Atelier is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect data submission.

• Payment Protocol: Full payment is required to initiate the production process, including fabric reservation and pattern drafting. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

• Shipping & Logistics: All orders are handed over to DHL within 2-3 business days of placing your order. The tracking code will be sent to you via email the same day. Generally, your order will arrive at your address within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, photography, brand assets, and proprietary patterns showcased on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Burcu Aslan Atelier. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
