Return Policy:

Every piece from Burcu Aslan Workshop is produced specifically for the individual. Whether based on unique body measurements or selected from our standard sizes, due to their personalized nature, meticulous craftsmanship, and strict hygiene standards, our products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Orders are considered final sales and are registered to the owner from the moment production begins.

*However, exceptions apply in the following cases: manufacturing defects, incorrect product shipment, or damage during shipping. For orders with any of these three conditions, we promise that the shipping and customs fees will be borne by our company when the customer returns the item. Your order will be delivered to you again without any problems. For orders with exceptional circumstances, all shipping costs are covered by our company.

By confirming your order, you agree to the terms of this special design and production process under the conditions stated in the return policy.

Perfect Fit Guarantee: Unless the exceptional circumstances mentioned above apply; Instead of refunds, we offer a "Perfect Fit" guarantee. For pieces made to your measurements, if any fit issues arise that are not related to the given measurements, you can receive free global support.

Global Support: For our international or local customers, we coordinate with our international/local luxury alteration partners to provide quick adjustments without the need for international or local shipping, while maintaining the integrity of the design. You can have your order altered free of charge by dropping it off at our nearest partner tailor. You will be notified via message when the alteration is complete. Drop-off and pickup of the item from the local tailor must be done by the customer.

Cancellation: Cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
