Production & Shipping Time:
As all products are made-to-order, the production process begins after order confirmation and measurement verification. Our handcrafted production time takes approximately 2–3 business days.
Once production is completed, your order is handed over to the courier.
Delivery Times:
- Turkey: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait): 2–4 business days
- USA and other countries: 5–10 business days
Delivery times apply after the order has been shipped and may vary depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
